The Eduquity Pathfinder will help you make your decisions regarding careers that you want to choose – important decisions which will affect you life long. Details about how to take the test will be given to you, when you start the test. Read the instruction carefully.
On completion of the test, a career report will be automatically generated, which we will email to your address. You have to take the test within 90 days of purchasing the product.
This career report will have two sections. Section 1 will give you your psychological profile in terms of your personality, work values and role models.
Section II, deals with career planning and has three parts
Part 1 gives your scores and interpretation for each of the 8 interests, 8 abilities and 6 personality types assessed
Part 2 will tell you how well you "fit" the three careers that you have chosen as well as the way forward for these three careers
Part3 will tell you three career clusters for which you are suited for and which you may not have even thought of.
The report will also give you general tips regarding career planning.
After the report has been emailed to you, you can opt for a one-hour, on-line career counselling session, where the career counsellor will explain the report in greater detail and clear doubts if any. Send an email to us giving us three possible slots between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any working day, which are convenient to you, within a week of receipt of your report. We will then send you the date and time allotted to you for your counselling session, as well as how you could chat with the counsellor
If you do not receive the report within 24 hours, please contact us at pathfinder@eduquity.com giving us your Name, Date of testing and PO number.
